Product introduction:

Shr-6 cement hydration heat tester is developed by our factory according to the national standard GB / t12959-2008 cement hydration heat test method (direct method). It is used to automatically record the temperature change of cement mortar in multiple groups of calorimeters, and calculate the sum of accumulated and lost heat in the calorimeter, so as to obtain the hydration heat of cement within 7 days (28 days). It can be used in cement plants, scientific research departments, colleges and universities and construction engineering departments. It is a necessary equipment for testing the hydration heat of cement such as "dam cement", "Portland cement", "Portland slag cement", "Portland fly ash cement", etc, At the same time, the equipment can also measure the hydration heat release value of concrete, and can automatically calculate the hydration heat release rate at different times.

Product features:   

   The microcomputer is set up to automatically control the data collection, recording and curve of hydration heat, and print the test report of hydration heat. The system uses high-precision temperature sensor to collect the temperature change of cement in the calorimeter. Several groups of calorimeters are installed in a patrol instrument with numerical control device to ensure the constant external temperature. The change of heat value is collected by multi-channel paperless recorder and displayed in real-time multi-channel temperature and curve. The form is directly generated and stored in the computer, and the software automatically displays the hydration heat release in real time Curve and calculate Total calorific value within 7 or 28 days.
